Zucchini Cake
Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, softened, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. shredded zucchini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir in zucchini and 1 tablespoon grated orange peel. Stir dry ingredients together.
Alternately stir in the flour mixture with 1/2 cup orange juice until blended.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool for 45 minutes.
