Zucchini Cake
Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix oleo, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Mix well and add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix and add zucchini.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
May sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake while warm. Needs not to be frosted.
