Zucchini Cake
Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together the first 3 ingredients.
Add egg, vanilla and sour cream.
Add dry ingredients and fold in zucchini.
Grease and flour oblong pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Icing is optional.
Very moist.
