Zucchini Cake
Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft oleo, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 loaf pans.
Mix the first 6 ingredients well.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Add alternately with zucchini.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 55 minutes.
After cake cools, can frost with favorite frosting.
