Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix oleo, oil and sugar.

Add eggs, vanilla and milk.

Mix well and add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

Mix and add zucchini.

Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.

May sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake while warm. Needs not to be frosted.
