Mix together the first 3 ingredients.
Then add the next 3 ingredients.
Mix well and add all the other ingredients.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour mixture into pan.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped nuts on top. Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
