Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. walnuts (and/or coconut), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and walnuts.
Add coconut, if desired.
In small bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Stir in grated lemon peel, salad oil and shredded zucchini.
Combine bowls; pour mixture in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°; let bread cool for 10 minutes before serving.
