Zucchini Bread

Blend butter and sugar.
Mix dry ingredients; add half to the batter.
Blend.
Add zucchini, then other half of the dry ingredients and vanilla.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes (1 loaf) or 25 to 35 minutes (2 loaves).
