Zucchini Bread

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and beat again. Add oil, vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients and raisins or nuts.
Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf bread pans or four 3 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch pans. Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Test with toothpick to be sure it is done.
