Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 4 eggs, 2 3/4 c. shredded zucchini and 2/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease bottom only of 2 loaf pans.
Cream margarine and brown sugar.
Add eggs, zucchini, water and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts/raisins.
Pour into greased pans.
Bake at 350Β° for about 60 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
Cool slightly before removing from pans.
