Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. oil, 1 tbsp. orange juice (frozen concentrate) and 3 tbsp. sour milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and frozen orange juice.
Blend in sifted flour ingredients with sour milk.
Add chopped nuts, and shredded carrots and zucchini.
Pour into prepared medium bread tins.
Shake bread tins 3 times to rid of bubbles.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, then bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350Β° or until done.
Makes 2 medium loaves.
