Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. oil, 3 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. salt and 3 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add to egg mixture.
Beat well.
Fold in zucchini and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans, one large pan or 4 small.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Serve warm or with whipped cream.
