Zucchini Bread

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Add eggs, crushed pineapple, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.
Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Grease and flour bottom of loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
Makes 2 loaf pans.
