Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until thick; sift the remaining dry ingredients together. Fold in the dates or raisins and nuts; pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until wood pick comes out clean.
Makes two loaves.
