Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside.
Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
Bake in loaf pans (greased and floured) for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Makes 2 loaves, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
