Beat eggs to blend.
Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Continue beating with spoon.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts and raisins.
Stir in gently into zucchini mixture just until blended. Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Use 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
