Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. mazola oil, 2 c. grated zucchini and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs until foamy; add other ingredients.
Mix well.
(I prefer to cream sugar and oil; then add beaten eggs.
Next, add all dry ingredients that have been sifted together.)
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Test with a toothpick.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove and finish cooling.
Freezes real well.
