Zucchini Bread

Mix the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla.
Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder and add to first mixture.
Add remaining ingredients; mix in order given.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour in 2 (8 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2-inch) E-Z Foil loaf pans, bought at Bill's Super Value.
