Zucchini Bread

Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
Add the oil, sugars, zucchini and vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350Β° for one hour.
