Zucchini Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 zucchini squash (medium), 1 medium onion, 1 small clove garlic and 1 small can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a medium saute pan, cook onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
Add tomato sauce; cook for 5 minutes on low heat and then add zucchini.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
