Zucchini Bake

Cook the first 4 ingredients until almost tender.
Beat the eggs and add to above.
Add the salt and Italian seasoning.
Cover until firm.
Can be put in a 350Β° oven at this point.
Cook for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
