Zucchini Bake
Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. zucchini, cut in 1-inch cubes (do not peel), 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 c. shredded carrots, 2 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing cubes and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil zucchini, onions and carrots for 5 minutes.
Drain and return to pan.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Add pepper to taste.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
