Zucchini Bake
Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with zucchini, hamburger, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Slice zucchini in bottom of dish.
Brown hamburger and onion together; drain.
Mix in tomatoes.
Place on top of zucchini.
Top with pizza sauce.
Layer Mozzarella cheese on next, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers.
Place crushed cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for one hour or until tender.
