Zucchini and Cheese
Zucchini And Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 6 zucchini, pepper to taste, m.s.g. (optional), grated cheddar cheese and garlic salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Wash and cut off ends of zucchini. Slice in half lengthwise. Parboil in salted water about 7 minutes. Do not overcook.
Scoop out center of zucchini and drain both pulp and shell.
Drain well. Chop pulp and mix with grated cheese.
Use equal amount of pulp and cheese. Season with pepper, garlic salt and m.s.g.
Place cheese mixture in shell.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
