Zippy Beef Olive Spread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. instant minced onion, softened in 1 tbsp. dry sherry or water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked beef and 1/4 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soften onion in sherry or water.
Add to cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Chop finely the smoked beef and olives. Add to cream cheese mixture.
