Zesty Peppers
Zesty Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 red, yellow or green peppers, cut in half lengthwise, 1 medium tomato, diced, 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro, 2 c. cooked minute rice and 1/4 lb. velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Remove seeds from peppers.
Combine remaining ingredients; fill each pepper with approximately 1/3 cup of rice mixture.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Cover.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
