Zesty Italian Chicken
Zesty Italian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chicken breast, 2 c. corn flake crumbs, 1 bottle zesty italian salad dressing and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut skin off chicken and rinse.
Dip chicken into egg.
Then roll chicken in corn flake crumbs.
Place chicken in single layer on baking dish.
Shake dressing well.
Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of dressing on each piece of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is brown.
