Peel eggs; cut in half lengthwise.
Place yolks in a bowl. Stir in next 8 ingredients.
Transfer yolk mixture to pastry bag and pipe into eggs white halves.
Can spoon in carefully.
Before serving sprinkle with paprika. Top each egg half with parsley leaf if desired.
