Zesty Carrot Casserole
Zesty Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Cook carrots after cutting into bite size.
Save liquid off cooked carrots.
Spread carrots in 9 x 9-inch baking square dish. Mix liquid, onion, horseradish and mayo.
Pour over carrots.
Top with fine bread crumbs.
Dot with butter and paprika.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Serves 6.
