Yummy Potatoes
Yummy Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, 1 bay leaf, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. melted margarine and 1 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook the potatoes in salted water with a bay leaf.
When cold, peel and grate coarsely.
Put potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together the soup, melted margarine, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion and 1 1/2 cups grated cheese and pour over potatoes. Cover; bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup grated cheese and the crushed potato chips.
Bake a few minutes more.
