Yummy Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. philly cream cheese, 1/2 c. roquefort cheese, crumbled, dash of garlic salt, 1 small onion, finely chopped and 1 small jar chopped pimentos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cheeses, garlic salt and onion together.
Fold in pimentos. Chill until stiff.
Roll into ball and roll in chopped pecans, if desired.
Ball can be rolled in chopped parsley or chives, also.
