Yum Yum Salad
Yum Yum Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple (medium size), 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place pineapple and sugar in a saucepan and boil about 5 minutes.
Add jello to pineapple; stir until dissolved.
Cool lightly.
Beat cream cheese and evaporated milk until very foamy, about 5 minutes.
Do not underbeat.
Add jello and pineapple mixture to milk and cheese; keep folding until color is even and foam disappears.
Chill in a large mold or in mixing bowl. Delicious!
