Yum-Yum Cake
Yum-Yum Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with box yellow cake mix, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, box instant vanilla pudding, crushed pineapple and container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix cake as directed and bake in a rectangular pan.
Mix instant pudding as directed and beat together with cream cheese. Layer cream cheese/pudding mixture on top of cake.
Follow with a drained can of crushed pineapple, then Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with crushed nuts and coconut.
Decorate with cherries and chill for 1 hour before serving.
