Yorkville Torte

Mix first 4 ingredients together and press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes; cool.
Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread on crust.
Cook pudding with 3 cups milk until thick and put on top of cream cheese.
Mix while still hot.
When cool, cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
