Yorkshire Sausage
Yorkshire Sausage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean sausage, 3 eggs, 1 c. flour, 1 c. milk and 1 tbsp. chopped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown sausage in 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
Do not drain. Keep hot.
In bowl, beat 2 minutes.
Add flour, milk and salt. Beat until smooth.
Stir in chives.
Pour over sausage.
Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
Lower oven to 350°.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes until brown.
