Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk, 1 c. flour and 2 tbsp. roast beef drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add milk, then flour and salt. Continue beating until batter is smooth.
Divide 2 tablespoons of roast beef drippings into twelve 3-inch muffin cups.
Tilt to coat evenly.
Heat muffin pan in a 400Β° oven for 5 minutes.
Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons batter in each greased cup.
Bake at same heat for 30 minutes.
Loosen pudding; transfer to platter.
Serve immediately with roast beef.
