Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 2 eggs, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. hot fat (from roast beef) or 3 tbsp. hot oil or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place milk, eggs, flour, salt and 2 tablespoons hot fat in blender and blend until smooth. Pour 1 tablespoon fat into a 9-inch pie plate.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350° and continue cooking for another 15 minutes until the pudding is puffed, crisp and brown.
Cut in wedges and serve immediately with roast beef. Makes 4 servings.
