Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, 1 c. milk and roast beef drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift flour and salt into bowl.
Drop eggs into a well in center of flour and pour in milk.
Beat until smooth.
When roast is done, remove from oven and keep warm.
Increase oven heat to 450Β°.
Pour beef drippings into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan and heat until sizzling hot.
Pour batter over hot drippings.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until puffy and golden.
Serve in slices with roast beef.
