Yogurt Coffee Cake
Yogurt Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add egg and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with yogurt.
Blend well.

Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
