Yogurt
Yogurt is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. instant nonfat dry milk (add extra powder), 1/3 can evaporated milk and 1/2 c. plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make the instant milk, adding the extra powder.
Add the evaporated milk.
Heat until almost boiling.
Let it cool to lukewarm in a casserole dish.
Add the yogurt and cover.
Wrap in aluminum foil and a towel.
Put in the unheated oven for 24 hours. Add vanilla, honey, fruit, etc., for flavoring.
Serves 4.
