Heat the first 4 ingredients to the stage you can test with finger without burning.

Beat eggs and the first mixture and beat to mix.

Add yeast.

Add flour, one cup at a time.

Beat until dough is smooth.

If dough seems too thin, add additional flour until dough climbs up the beaters.

Set bowl in warm water; let rise until double in bulk.

Turn on greased baking sheet.

Let rise for 20 to 30 minutes in a warm place.

Bake for 20 minutes in a 400Β° oven.

Makes 20 to 24 rolls.
