Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. milk, scalded and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak the yeast in warm water.
Scald milk and cool.
Beat the eggs until light.
Measure salt, sugar and shortening; stir into eggs.
Add scalded milk.
(Milk should be body temperature when dropped on wrist.)
Stir in yeast.
Add 1/2 flour, then continue to add flour until dough is stiff.
Knead about 5 minutes.
