Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small cake yeast, 2 c. lukewarm water, 7 tbsp. liquid shortening, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water.
Combine 1 cup lukewarm water, liquid shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
Add yeast mixture (after it has dissolved).
Gradually add flour; stir until blended and knead until desired texture.
Grease bowl; put dough into it and set in warm place to rise.
Cover with towel. Form into desired shapes and let rise again.
Bake 15 minutes at 400Β° on greased pan.
