Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pkg. yeast, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. melted margarine, cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine warm water (115°), sugar and yeast; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Add eggs, margarine and salt.
Add enough flour to handle; knead until smooth.
Test by putting your finger into dough.
If it comes out with not much sticking to it, it is kneaded enough.
Put in bowl; let rise to double.
Make into rolls.
Put in pan.
Let rise to edge of pan.
Cook in a 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
