Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. powdered milk, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. lukewarm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Sift together all dry ingredients.
In mixing bowl, mix 2 cups lukewarm water and the shortening.
Mix water and shortening a little while, then add the yeast.
Mix well, then add dry ingredients.
Let rise about twice its size, then roll out and cut out rolls.
Place on a greased pan; let rise again.
Bake at 325Β° for about 20 minutes, or until done.
Butter tops of rolls.
