Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. shortening, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. hot water and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put your shortening and sugar in a large bowl.
Pour your cup of scalded milk in the mixture and melt shortening.
Blend sugar. While this is cooling, combine the package of yeast and 1/2 cup of hot water.
Let dissolve and set.
When your milk mixture is cooled to lukewarm, add 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon salt and the yeast. Add 1 cup of flour and mix.
Add remaining flour until you have your dough where you can handle it.
Make into rolls.
Cook at 350Β° until golden brown.
