Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. lukewarm water, 2 pkg. yeast (dry), 1 tbsp. bacon grease or oil, 5 c. flour and 5 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix water and yeast; let stand while you mix dry ingredients together.
Add yeast mixture and oil to dry ingredients.
Grease another large bowl and put mixture in it.
Cover and let rise in warm place.
Knead down and place in rolls.
