Mix flour, yeast, salt and dry milk in large bowl.

Add eggs, melted lard and 3 cups warm water.

Add sugar.

Mix real well.

If too dry, add 1/2 cup water.

Cover and let rise in bowl.

Then roll out on floured dough board.

Don't roll too thin.

Cut with biscuit cutter and let rise.

Bake at 425Β°.

Makes 40 rolls, more or less.
