Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 1/4 c. water, divided, 1 pkg. yeast and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt sugar, oleo and 1/2 cup water; cool until lukewarm.
Add the yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup or less lukewarm water, the beaten egg, 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt and 3 cups flour.
Mix together until smooth.
Refrigerate.
Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before baking time.
Shape into rolls and let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 425Β° about 12 to 15 minutes.
