Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. scalded milk, 5 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Add sugar, salt and margarine to milk.
Stir and let cool. Separately, add yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup water. Stir and let stand 10 minutes.
Mix together eggs, yeast and milk. Add two cups flour until smooth.
Add remaining flour; cover and let rise until doubles. Make big balls.
Place on greased pan. Let rise 45 minutes.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
